Welcome to Admidrev. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Admidrev website, platform, dashboard, and services (“Services”).

By registering, accessing, or using Admidrev, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Definitions

  • “Admidrev”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the Admidrev platform and its operators.

  • “User”, “Publisher”, or “you” refers to any individual or entity using Admidrev.

  • “Advertiser” refers to third-party demand partners providing ads.

  • “Traffic” means visitors, impressions, clicks, and interactions sent through Admidrev.

  • “Earnings” means revenue generated through valid ad activity.

2. Eligibility

To use Admidrev:

  • You must be at least 18 years old

  • You must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration

We reserve the right to reject or suspend any account at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

Admidrev is not liable for losses caused by compromised accounts due to user negligence.

4. Publisher Responsibilities

By using Admidrev, you agree that:

  • All submitted websites/domains are owned or legally controlled by you

  • Your traffic is real, organic, and compliant

  • You will not engage in fraud, manipulation, or artificial traffic generation

❌ Prohibited Activities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Bots, auto-refresh, or click manipulation

  • Incentivized traffic without approval

  • Misleading, forced, or deceptive redirects

  • Malware, phishing, or harmful scripts

  • Copyright infringement or illegal content

  • Cloaking to hide real traffic sources

Violation may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

5. Traffic Quality & Fraud Policy

Admidrev uses automated and manual systems to monitor traffic quality.

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust, withhold, or cancel earnings generated from invalid traffic

  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in suspicious activity

  • Block domains, IPs, GEOs, or devices without notice

All fraud-related decisions are final.

6. Ad Serving & Availability

  • Admidrev does not guarantee ad fill rates, CPMs, or earnings

  • Ad formats, campaigns, and availability may change at any time

  • We may add, remove, or modify ad formats without prior notice

Performance depends on traffic quality, GEO, device, and advertiser demand.

7. Earnings & Payments

a. Earnings Calculation

  • Earnings are calculated based on valid impressions, clicks, or conversions

  • Invalid traffic is excluded from earnings

b. Minimum Payout

  • Payments are issued once the minimum payout threshold is reached

  • Payout thresholds and schedules are defined in the dashboard

c. Payment Methods

Supported payout methods may include:

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal

  • Payoneer

  • Cryptocurrency

  • Other approved methods

You are responsible for providing accurate payout details.

8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for:

  • Declaring earnings

  • Paying any applicable taxes, VAT, or withholding obligations

Admidrev does not provide tax advice.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in fraud or abuse

  • You submit false or misleading information

  • You damage Admidrev’s reputation or operations

Termination may result in loss of unpaid earnings if violations are confirmed.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All Admidrev software, branding, UI, code, and materials are our intellectual property

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without permission

11. Third-Party Services

Admidrev integrates with third-party advertisers, analytics providers, and payment processors.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service outages

  • Advertiser actions or content

  • External websites linked through ads

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Admidrev is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime

  • Error-free operation

  • Specific revenue or profitability

Use the platform at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Admidrev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the previous 30 days

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Admidrev harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your websites or traffic

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Illegal or infringing content

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of Admidrev means acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
